Mission:

To assist transitioning Civil Engineer Corps officers find careers in higher education.

The Civil Engineer Corps has a tremendous number of retired officers in higher education. The experience we gained in leadership, public works, contract administration, project and program management, and construction management during our careers prepared us very well to lead facilities management organizations at Colleges and Universities across the country.

Pursuing a second career in higher education is a great option for transitioning CEC officers. You will find your leadership and management skills in high demand, and the College/University work environment to be challenging, interesting and fun.
